Louis

Hi, I’m Louis and I have been working with clients with a variety of different abilities, ages and starting points and for many different goals since 2013.

In 2020 I graduated from Solent University for the second time with an MSc in Athletic Development and Peak Performance, helping me to reach my own goals of working with anyone with their health or fitness journey.

I aim to give a unique but personal services that is both fun and engaging to those who really want to see results. No matter what your goal is or where you start I can help you reach your potential.

Before Prosapien Fitness, I struggled myself with weight problems, injuries and fitness, but it was learning personal training and the industry which helped me become the person I am today and fight through troubling times. Sometimes it only takes one phrase from someone to help you make that change.

Beth

Hey, I’m Beth, I’m 27 years old and come from Southampton.

My whole life has been focused around exercise. From the age of 2-21, I spent a lot of my life dancing. I regularly competed in Ballet, Contemporary, Modern, Musical, Theatre, and Jazz and also completed my studies in BA (Hons) Dance at University. Ever since my degree I lost my passion for dancing regularly but have continued to enjoy health and fitness at the gym and working out at home. I have recently qualified as a gym instructor and hope to qualify as a personal trainer in the near future.

Fitness for me is not just about physical results but also about having fun, making friends, and treating exercise as enjoyable, not as a punishment for eating that slice of cake!

I aim to put together challenging, worthwhile, and intense sessions, that members of all levels can take part in, so that we don’t feel that guilt when we enjoy the finer things in life too!
