My name is Louis Olrog and I have been working with clients to help them achieve their health and fitness goals since 2013. Since graduating from Solent University I have developed Prosapien Fitness into what it is today. My goal is to work with people who really want the help to reach their ambitions in health and fitness. I have worked and still work with a huge variety of clients of different ages, abilities, and sizes for an all manner of different objectives.

The foundation of Prosapien Fitness is to give a unique, personal service that is still fun and engaging to anyone. No matter what your goal is, I can help you reach your potential.

About Me​

Before I started Prosapien Fitness I was struggling with issues common enough to many. I was overweight, unfit, had many joint problems and battled with depression. One day someone said something to me that still hits home today. Like the flick of a light switch I signed up to a fitness instructor course that week and everything happened from there. I continued on to a personal trainer course, a Bachelors degree, then a Masters degree.

This helped to mould the founding principle of Prosapien Fitness. Everyone starts somewhere. I remember thinking to myself as I watched the others on my course; I will never be able to squat like that, I will never be able to bench, lift weights, run. Yet I was here doing a course that would require me to do all of those things. What was I thinking? Despite this I threw myself into it and came out the other side and better for it. Everyone is different and everyone starts somewhere. There will always be a first squat, a first bench or a first lift, even a first run. It doesn’t matter if it’s your first or your hundredth, Prosapien is here to help you.

Presently, Prosapien Fitness operates in a 15 mile radius of Southampton. Being as flexible as possible, there will always be an appointment to fit in with you.
