What Is a Boot Camp and How Can It Help Me?
As the name suggests, boot camps come from a more military style of training. They offer a more intense and vigorous regime of exercises that will challenge your limits more than most exercise classes. However they should still be fun! This is your opportunity not just to get fit, but to have more fun and meet like-minded people with the same goals as you, while improving your strength, stamina and fitness.
There are many benefits to this style of exercise. Some of these include more motivation where you are part of a larger group, and confidence building. This means you can work as a team and support each other and even make some new friends. There is also a greater demand physically and mentally, giving you better and faster results as long as you put the effort in! There is more variety and complex movements to challenge you in ways you won’t always find in a gym. But best of all, it’s fun!

Outdoor fitness training building strength, stamina and endurance. Always high intensity, always hard work, and always getting results. Designed to push your limits, testing your fitness, your strength and your determination to keep going. Activities involve group work, team work, fitness testing, games, lots of reps, long bouts of exercise, and a lot of fun. Gives you the opportunity to find a small but friendly community of people who are all out to get the same thing as you. You may even make some new friends!
Times include Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm and Sunday at 9am. From just £2.50
