What I can do for you

I believe that it is never too late to start your fitness journey. I also believe that even the most experienced gym goer can still learn something from a personal trainer. No matter where you are on the spectrum, I offer a dedicated, bespoke and comprehensive approach to 1-1 and group training, as well as sports massage, nutrition advice, sports conditioning and lifestyle and behaviour change.

Personal training involves working in a private 1 on 1 session, often in a gym or at home, where I can take you through an objective based exercise plan designed to push you towards your goals, offer advice and guidance on lifestyle change, coach you through new exercises or training methods, or simply put you through your paces!

What you get out of personal training is up to you. You need to put the hard work and effort in to reach your ambitions, it is my job to guide you there. But this is very much what is says on the tin;PERSONAL training. What we do and how we get there is led by you, the client, I will make sure you do your best and do it safely.

When to book a personal trainer

Information and advice you find online or from friends may not always be reliable. Much of the time something that works for one person won’t translate to another person. This makes sifting through the fads, diets and exercise variations confusing, often causing more problems than it solves. Part of personal training is meant to be individual and tailored to your needs and ability level, and discovering what will work or you.

If you find that your results have slowed down, you’re not feeling that burn as much, or your goals just seem more out of reach than normal, booking a consultation may help you to re-focus and motivate you to try something different.
