There are many routes and options for you to choose from, so there will always be something for everyone.
About Me
I believe that the only thing that separates me and my clients is time. I have been through my own struggles with weight, health and fitness when I was younger. This inspired me to help others overcome their own issues as I started in the same place as everyone else, which means I am still working towards my own goals. ThereforeI offer a holistic approach to personal training which includes, 1-1 training, group training, nutritional guidance, conditioning, sports massage, and so much more as part of an all-inclusive package and not just an hour of instruction.

Fitness:
Where Prosapien Fitness works through a local gym, exercise classes are on offer for FREE to all members of the gym. These give you the opportunity work hard while meeting new people and enjoying your fitness journey. Where you are with other people this can encourage you get a bit more competitive and push yourself further than you might do when on your own.
Group Training:
Semi-private training involves you and a few friends enjoying a session together, much like a fitness class but just for you and those who matter. You can have fun and a bit of competition while still training hard, just together. This luxury comes at a little extra cost than 1-1 training, but can be split between everyone.
Personal Training:
This is where it gets serious. 1-1 coaching offers a personal experience with a dedicated professional. There are many reasons to use a personal trainer including; technique monitoring, motivation, encouragement, goal setting, progress checks, more fun, support, variety, dietary advice and much more. Working with a personal trainer should be fun, but a challenging experience.
Sports Conditioning:
Whether your training for your first 10K, marathon or a sports event, sports conditioning will help you understand the needs of what you are training for and reach your goal in the most optimal way possible. You won’t just get 1-1 coaching, but the support, planning and training variation required to help you reach your peak performance.
